If I were you I would stop by shoreviewproperties.com they're a really nice couple and keep their rentals in great shape. Their properties are in Emerald Isle. If that doesn't pan out, check craigslist. Of course as a last resort get in touch with Bluewater or Emerald Isle Realty. They always seem to have a few long term rentals available. I am not sure if you even do that but I am running out of time and need to find a home. My husband is in afghanistan until May, and I am currently in Georgia with family while he was deployed but I am coming back at the end of Feb. to get into our home and get situated. Problem is we don't have a home yet. I don't know if you can help but me and my husband are looking for a place in Topsail, Surf City, Emerald Isle, Indian Beach, just anywhere right near the beach. Its just us two, no pets no kids no roomates. We are very clean respectful people, we love the beach and love having our own space, we need it. All we really need is 1 bed 1 bath. Anything you can do to help would be awesome. We hope we wont have to spend more than 850-900 a month. Like I said I have no idea you might laugh at this, but I am really tired of getting scamed and ignored by other agencies. I would be willing to work something out if you are. Contact me anytime.
