This is a small (400 sq. ft) house. It is a great place to just get away from it all. Cedar Island is remote and it is very quiet here. A great place to get away from it all!! I rent by the day, week or month. Daily rental fee is $80.00, weekly rate is $500.00. Monthly rate is negotiable, depending on the season. High speed internet available. Microwave, full size fridge, gas stove and oven. Bath has a sit down shower, with a mini washer and dryer. Basic cable TV. needed;
