Crystalcoastrentals.net is here to help owners of rental property around the Crystal Coast area get more exposure for their property. There are just a few things to consider before listing your rental.

Because by posting your property you agree to accept the following:

• First I am not a property management company, nor do I have the desire to ever get in that business. Thus I cannot actually handle any bookings, rent payment etc. Hence the “by owner” part.
• If you have someone managing your rental please feel free to use their contact information.
• I do not process ANY payments online…yet. But if you have a way to do it feel free to link to the page where a renter can book their property.
• I am a one-man operation, and have a full time job that I really like, and just do this in my spare time. If you need help email me at jason@crystalcoastrentals.net and I will  help you ASAP.
• This is the Internet, it can be a dangerous place. I will do my best to protect EVERY bit of information I collect from you. Granted I don”t think any of it is extremely sensitive in nature. Nonetheless, I cannot be responsible for anything that happens as a result of you listing your property here.
• Lastly I hope together we can keep your property rented more often than not, and you find this to be a valuable resource.
