Founded by Mildred Batten Simmons and her husband Clarence, Emerald Isle Realty has helped thousands of families create lasting vacation memories. They were the first rental management company on the island, and continue to lead the way in many aspects of the industry.
True to their roots the company is still family owned and operated. I think they were the first management company to utilize a drive through check-in. This allows guests to get their keys and enjoying their beach rental quickly. Other companies soon followed suit.
Each year they print 100,000 copies of their full color vacation rental catalog and mail it out to thousands of past guests and people that request one. They also advertise and seem to be featured in a lot of coastal magazines.
