Bluewater
Bluewater has several locations along the Crystal Coast. However, their rental headquarters is in Emerald Isle, NC at 200 Mangrove Dr. Across the street from this rentals/sales office you’ll find the office of Bluewater Builders. You’ll also find an office in Atlantic Beach, Beaufort, and Cape Carteret.
They’ve been around since 1986. In their earlier days they were primarily engaged in land development. Bluewater Bay was their first development, and proved to be a smashing success. Amazingly all 85 lots in this project were sold in less than three hours! Buyers actually camped outside the door for five nights before the sale date.
1993 saw Bluewater form a powerful partnership with Better Homes and Gardens. This allowed Bluewater to gain even more exposure and marketing strength. GMAC Real Estate purchased Meredith Corporation’s real estate division in 2000. From this point forward Bluewater Associates has been known as Bluewater GMAC Real Estate.UPDATE: Bluewater has dropped GMAC.
Bluewater’s sales team is one of the most productive in the county. There’s over 40 professionals that help to continually keep the firm listed as a top producing team.
Their rentals division has also experienced tremendous growth since its humble beginnings.
