So if you have property in Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, or anywhere else on the Crystal Coast you might as well take advantage of them. I guarantee you next year, you’ll be sad you missed the boat. Obviously before I can start charging for this service I will have to add some more features. It’s just that I’ve been short on time lately. Emerald isle realty has some very nice properties available to rent long term. One is only $750/month and within walking distance to Bogue Inlet Pier. There are some other extremely attractive deals elsewhere on the island.

Bluewater GMAC has an excellent assortment of annual rentals as well. They have an extremely attractive condo for rent in Atlantic Beach. A Place at the Beach 344 would be a great place to call home for just about anyone.

Long term rentals are few and far between, so if you find one, you would be well advised to keep your landlord and neighbors happy if you want to stay. And who wouldn’t want to stay on the Crystal Coast?
