Well there are only 36 free rental listings left at this time. The thing I am having trouble figuring out, is where are all the Atlantic Beach rentals? I don’t have a single one in the database. Emerald Isle property owners seemed to have jumped all over the opportunity to list their properties for free. [...]
I noticed that many of the owners listing their rentals, were having trouble with text formatting issues. Good news, I found and installed a script that provides you with a much more friendly interface to add or edit your property description. This should help those using the rental by owner section.
I hope to provide Crystal Coast Rental owners several advantages when they list their rental with me that other outlets (other rental by owner sites, and property management companies) simply cannot provide.
