Some of the biggest bang for your buck can be found in renting Atlantic Beach condos. You”ll find some great accommodations at an affordable rate. Most are vacation rentals, but others do rent on an annual lease. I”m sure if you come on vacation, you will wish you could stay.

The condo rentals in Atlantic Beach present you with a great choice for a vacation rental. They”re all pretty conveniently located to many of our beautiful area”s attractions. 

Staying here puts you within a very short drive to the aquarium, Fort Macon, shopping, and excellent restaurants. Don”t forget these condos have prime beach access.

Pools, tennis courts, and exercise rooms seem to be the norm in Atlantic Beach. Some of these condo complexes sport multiple outdoor pools. And they”re all located along the beautiful Crystal Coast. 

Imagine seeing a pod of dolphins playing in the surf as you sip your morning cup of joe from the balcony of your oceanfront deck. Head to Morehead City for some great golfing since its right over the bridge. 

Head to the beach for some great surf fishing and work on your tan too. Or brave the inlet and head offshore for some serious big game fishing aboard a local fishing charter. 

But whatever you do, be sure to enjoy yourself, and come back next year.

The first gem I stumbled upon was from Atlantic Beach Realty. It is a two bedroom, two bath condo in Seaspray. It is oceanview on the third floor too! Seaspray is an oceanfront complex that has laundry services on the first level. You can rent it for $490/week this time of year and that includes the linens and departure cleaning. 

The next one i found is a bit pricier, but it has more to offer. Ballou Perridise is a soundside property in the exclusive Bay Ridge development. It rents weekly for $2,195, or if you’re only in Atlantic Beach for a night or two the nightly rental rate is $549. 

Spectrum Properties has a nice 3 bedroom 4.5 bath oceanfront home in Atlantic Beach for $2,385 a week, but after the first of the year it becomes a real bargain at $1,600/week. Badrock Cottage as it’s known, also offers wireless Internet, a must have for someone like me. 

But by far the best deal I could find in Atlantic Beach comes from one of those vacation rental by owner sites. These things usually have the best rates, because there’s no commission to add on to your rent. So here it is folks, a five bedroom oceanview beach house for the super low rent of $1,400 for a weekly rental or $350/nightly. I think one would be hard pressed to find a better deal in Atlantich Beach.
