Crystal Coast Rentals

Hi, I”m Jason and I”ve been a local resident of the beautiful Crystal Coast for the past several years. I”ve worked in the vacation rental industry in many capacities, and learned many things from those experiences. Whether you”re looking to find a rental or you”re a homeowner looking to promote your property I hope to have something helpful here for you.

• From time to time I skim through the Crystal Coast real estate companies” websites looking for good deal to email my friends in hopes that they will come down and visit. So I figured why not post those rentals that seem like a good value for the world to see.
• I”ve also developed a rentals by owner portion of the site. Which should provide a quality outlet for homeowners as well as give renters a good place to start looking while planning their vacation or move to the Crystal Coast area.
• I”ll slowly be adding content relative to the area like restaurant information, fishing reports, and other items of interest.

Crystal Coast Rentals has been up and running since December of 2008. Thanks to everyone that has supported this site through the years. I’ve learned through this little exercise, and slowly but surely continue to improve my rental marketing techniques.

As of the time of this writing it is $50 to list a property for rent. Once you’re in you will have access to a powerful marketing platform to promote your vacation or annual rental property. This rate may change so go ahead and get a spot in there. It used to be free, and I’m sure at some point it will become an annual fee.
