There are some very attractive specials going on right now for some great Emerald Isle Rentals. Even though winter is not the most glamorous time to visit our area, you’ll likely find it an enjoyable season to visit the beach.
You’re probably going to enjoy many of things that locals look forward to winter for. Chances are the wait times for our restaurants will be significantly shorter than in summer months.
Another bonus is the weekly rental rates in Emerald Isle and surrounding areas is far more reasonable when compared to mid summer rental rates. Many of the properties allow nightly rentals during this season as well.
If you get lucky and have some outstanding weather, treat yourself and those fortunate enough to accompany you to a nearly solitary walk on the pristine beach. I advise you to take it all in, because in a few months the beach will be full of fellow vacationers.
We have several exciting events during the winter months as well as in the spring. There’s a chocolate festival, decoy festival, and St. Patrick’s festival. And if none of those interest you, you can always try your luck with some fabulous fishing.
So head on down to Emerald Isle and check into a vacation rental for a memorable break from winter. The special winter rates will surely not last long.

Retired couple looking for a warm place for the winter. We would like an oceanfront house or condo with a king bed, big TV, internet access or the ability to acquire it, that allows smoking for $900 per month or less.Nov. 1st to Feb. 29th.
Are we crazy?
Hahaha, Crazy, no. Will it be hard to find, you bet. However, if you look hard enough there’s a good chance you will find one. Your chances will be even better if you’re willing to settle for oveanview, or even something a row or two back. I’m currently not heavily involved in the Crystal Coast rental business as I’m now focused on Las Vegas rentals, but keep checking the various rental management companies, the newspaper, and of course Craigslist. Best of luck to you all in your search. -Jason
