Well that all depends. If you have your eyes on a particular vacation rental, you may not want to wait too long. You run the risk of someone else booking it for the week you had in mind. If you’ve already put in for vacation on a certain week or something of that nature, definitely do not wait too long.

But it’s no secret that the discounts will potentially get a little more attractive as we approach summer. Rental owners do tend to get nervous when they have a bunch of open weeks.
