Crystal Coast Rentals

Well there are only 36 free rental listings left at this time. The thing I am having trouble figuring out, is where are all the Atlantic Beach rentals? I don’t have a single one in the database. Emerald Isle property owners seemed to have jumped all over the opportunity to list their properties for free. Here they could get a free listing on an up-and-coming rentals by owner site, and they’re either too lazy, or not concerned with generating additional rental bookings. At any rate I would like to extend yet another invitation to the owners of rental property in Atlantic Beach to go ahead and list their property free of charge right here.

Perhaps because it is of no cost to the owner a lot of them think this is a joke or some kind of scam. I can assure you it is neither. Everyone keeps asking, “What’s the catch?” Currently there is no catch for anyone. Its just plain free. And those of you that get in now, will be in as long as you want for free. If you ever want out just delete your account. I will eventually be charging a reasonable fee to new owners sometime down the road, once I add the rest of the features, bells, and whistles I want to add. 

Eventually, I hope to provide the best value for owners wishing to market and manage their rentals for themselves. Sure it will not be easy, and it won’t happen overnight, but I’m confident that together we’ll get there one of these days.
