I”m still looking for rental owners in Atlantic Beach. I have not a single rental in the database from Atlantic Beach. What gives? I know there are some owners out there looking to get more exposure for their property.
The Fun House in Emerald Isle is a beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bath vacation rental house on the soundside of the island. The beach is a short walk one direction and beautifully tranquil Bogue Sound is a short way in the other direction.
There have been several new rentals added this week. That leaves 34 free listings left. One of the latest includes a condo located in the lovely beach town of Salter Path. Summer Winds B436 has it all. Two bedrooms and two baths, and sleeps from 4-6 guests.

Well two more rental owners decided to reserve their free listings here. At this time I have 38 more free listings available. After that is pay-to-play folks. Even then it will be a reasonable rate when compared to the other options owners have available these days.

I was looking in the database this evening and noticed about 50% of the rentals were pet-friendly. Opening your rental to Fido puts you at a certain advantage. I noticed that many of the owners listing their rentals, were having trouble with text formatting issues. Good news, I found and installed a script that provides you with a much more friendly interface to add or edit your property description. This should help those using the rental by owner section.
