Thanks to the forward-thinking suggestion of a visitor I have been pondering how to implement a rental review section. I knew from the start it would not be a quick, easy task. There are literally thousands of vacation rentals along the Crystal Coast. So I started small, I went to the biggest property managers in Emerald Isle, and crawled their websites gathering each of their properties names.
This 4 bedroom, 4 bath vacation rental located in Emerald Isle is sure to please even the most discriminating vacationer. It offers you everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend at the beach.
This particular unit is the West side of a Duplex. So if you have a large group and the East side is available you can stay right next door to the rest of your group, literally.
By far one of my favorite condo complexes in Emerald Isle would have to be Pier Pointe. This oceanfront/oceanside community offers plenty of amenities to make your vacation rental experience a real wonderful experience. I have personally been in several of these properties and can tell you they are really nicely laid out.
I think they all offer ocean views from the main decks, and sound views from the backside. You can find Pier Pointe in the 2900 block of Emerald Isle.
Well just the other day I learned that the Pebble Beach HOA has decided to have Emerald Isle Realty manage the condo complex. This came as quite a shock to me since Bluewater GMAC had been managing this complex for years. Sure seems odd to me. I wonder what could have went wrong there. Did Bluewater decide it wasn’t profitable enough, or was the HOA unhappy with the way things were being handled?
Emerald Isle – Look no further for a great deal on an excellent rental property to spend your family vacation in. I found this gem today while looking through some rental listings offered by local property managers.

Emerald Isle – If you’re looking for an excellent vacation rental in Emerald Isle Alpha West managed by Shorewood Real Estate may be what you have in mind. It is reasonably priced, is an oceanfront rental, and sports a spacious reverse floor plan.
Emerald Isle - Breezy Cottage is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath vacation rental on the oceanfront. This cottage offers many amenities for the discriminating vacationer. You’ll find it very accommodating to say the least. Since this property is a member of Emerald Isle Realty’s Sand Castle Club linen service you’ll arrive to a house with the beds already made, as well as a mid-week tidy.
This gorgeous rental is a 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath oceanfront single-family home in Emerald Isle, NC. There’s also a nice 20 x 30 swimming pool. So if the waves are to rough or you just don’t like getting salty, you can chill out by the pool. Or if you want to just relax all your cares away slide into the hot tub. The pool can be heated if you so desire for an extra fee. When renting this property linens are provided with the beds made. Let the ocean greet you every morning while staying in An Island Oasis since there are two master bedrooms on the ocean side.
Looking for a nice coastal retreat in Emerald Isle? The Clamdigger may be just the place for you. Here you’ll find a nice spacious floorplan in a single family. soundfront house. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage will provide you with some excellent views of Bogue Sound. There’s also a private pier that is perfect for many water activities including one of my personal favorites, kayaking.
Windoon-West is a 5 bedroom and 3 bath oceanfront vacation rental in Emerald Isle. 
The West side of a duplex, it provides an amount of privacy uncommon in duplexes. There is a private walkway to the beach. Windoon-West also sports full dividers on each of the three decks.
This rental is well maintained and features some excellent ocean views. On the main level you’ll be pleased to find a kitchen which is very well equipped with just about anything needed to cook some nice meals during your vacation. There’s also a dining/living room, as well as a queen bedroom and full bath
1 Angel’s Haven is a 7 bedroom oceanfront rental in Emerald Isle. This member of Emerald Isle Realty’s Sand Castle club has 10.5 bathrooms. You will probably feel like you rented a castle for the week considering 1 Angel’s Haven provides you and your family with 6,500 square feet of living space.
I don’t think you will feel crowded in this beach house. There are 10 color TVs here so there should be no fighting about what to watch. After browsing some of the pics its easy to see why they call it a “Sand Castle”. This oceanfront home looks to be fit for a king. There’s also a media/theater room with a large screen TV and surround sound. If you’re unable to avoid working while visiting Emerald Isle 1 Angel’s Haven provides high-speed Internet access.
Wow!! I can’t believe its been about 6 months since my last post on Crystal Coast Rentals. I’ve been so busy lately I forgot I was neglecting one of my favorite sites. So tonight I hit her hard. Whether you are searching for a rental, or trying to promote one, Craigslist has to be one of the most overlooked resources. Just go to craigslist.org, and choose North Carolina then Eastern NC. From there you should see a link under housing that’s called “Vacation Rentals”. Check it out! You’ll be amazed at the deals that can be found there. Most of the listings are rental-by-owner types, that allow you to save some serious loot. I found some awesome weekly rentals in Emerald Isle today on Cragslist.
It seems every day when one turns on just about ANY news station, all the hype is about the sagging economy. No doubt, its not picture perfect by any means, but I look around and its hard to believe its nearly as bad as the media would have us believe. I still have to wait in long lines at gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. So it looks to me as though a majority of the population is still gainfully employed and SPENDING. Many folks in the Emerald Isle rental industry are very worried about low booking numbers, cancellations, etc.
I currently have 8 more free rental by owner listings available! So if you have property in Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, or anywhere else on the Crystal Coast you might as well take advantage of them. I guarantee you next year, you’ll be sad you missed the boat.
